Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe material on our website/app infringes your copyright, contact support@eder.io with: (a) signature of owner/agent; (b) identification of infringing material; (c) contact information; (d) statement of good faith belief of unauthorized use; (e) statement under penalty of perjury of authority to act.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Eder Labs and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the website/app, violation of this Agreement or law, or violation of any right of a third party.

We may change our Service and policies and update these Terms accordingly. We will notify you before changes take effect. Continued use after updates means you are bound by the updated Terms.

Intellectual Property

Agreement to Arbitrate

Applies to any dispute except those relating to injunctive or equitable relief for IP rights. “Dispute” covers any controversy between you and Eder Labs concerning the Services or this agreement, on any legal basis.

Notice of Dispute

A Notice of Dispute must include your contact information, facts, and relief requested. Send via email to support@eder.io. We will attempt informal negotiation within sixty (60) days. After that, either party may commence arbitration.

Binding Arbitration

If not resolved by negotiation, disputes are settled by binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association commercial rules. Either party may seek interim injunctive relief. Fees/expenses of the prevailing party are borne by the non-prevailing party.

Submissions and Privacy

Any submitted ideas or proposals become the sole property of Eder Labs without compensation. We may use them for any purposes.

Promotions

Promotions may have separate rules and eligibility requirements. By entering, you agree to comply with all Promotion rules.

Typographical Errors

If a product/service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may refuse or cancel orders placed at the incorrect price. If charged, we will issue a credit for the amount.

Miscellaneous

If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Any waiver must be in writing. Eder Labs may seek injunctive relief without bond. Accessing the Service from other locations is your responsibility for compliance with local laws. Section headings are for convenience only.

Eder Labs is not responsible for content, code or other imprecision. No warranties or guarantees are provided. We are not liable for any damages arising out of use of the Service or contents.
